MENTORING

E-mail Print PDF

Mentoring** is an effective way to begin your career as a professional neurofeedback provider. Regardless of your location on-line mentoring using go-to-meeting allows you to share assessment and training data while participating in a conference call. The goal is to answer your direct questions about specific clients. Many individuals seek mentoring for BCIA while others are looking for help while getting started wdith neurofeedback.

BCIA requires a minimum of 25 hours of mentoring plus a minimum of 100 practice hours in order to qualify for certification. If you are interested in being mentored by a BCIA accredited instructor please contact me by email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or telephone (802-732-8060) for more information. Mentoring is for health care professionals who have attended at least one intensive neurofeedback workshop.

Mentors can assist you to complete the 10 personal biofeedback training sessions and/or the 10 case conferences required by BCIA.

Not sure what equipment to purchase? An equipment consultation might be the answer. Regardless of your equipment purchase, the mentoring process will help you to get started by teaching you how to interview, assess and train new clients. (I specialize in BrainMaster and Thought Technology)
